BenchLab Talented Instructor: Nadzirah Suhaimi of More To Bloom. You’ll be learning from an advocate for mindfulness and the headspace heroine behind More To Bloom! Nadzirah has been practicing mindfulness by herself for a few years and decided to take this concept a step further. She is a certified educator by the Mindful Schools after completing a training in personal mindful skills and mindfulness for educators. Diving deep into this concept has opened her eyes to the many emotions, triggers and habits experienced by most. Many may not know how to deal with the complexity of the human mind and this motivates Nadzirah to raise the awareness on this skill. She has been conducting classes not only in Brunei, but now also in Thailand, and her students come from a wide age range. She hopes to teach the techniques on how to be mindful in our busy lives and the path to take to become our better selves.
